We are so lucky in Rang a Sé to have someone in our class who not only is very gifted and skilled in Karate but who is also willing to teach his classmates some techniques and skills. James has recently been chosen as a member of the Irish u18 karate team to fight internationally and we’re so proud of his achievements. With a lot of patience and clear instructions, Janes taught the test of the class some valuable exercises in a recent PE lesson.
