This week we were lucky to have the company Children of a Digital Age, come and talk to us to make us more aware of what exactly is going on when we use the internet, in particular apps such as Snapchat, Instagram, Tick Tock etc. We were all amazed at how easily these apps manage to get us to give them so much personal information, without even realising it! It was a very worthwhile and eye-opening talk and we’re all going to be a lot more aware and a lot more careful now. The most important message is that we need to keep our parents/guardians informed with everything we’re doing online and never give anyone or any app our personal information.
